Here's everything you need to know about our service.
Prepare for your clean
Before your clean it's always helpful if you can clear away any clutter etc so we can tackle the important job of cleaning. We understand all our lives are busy and light tidying / bed making is absolutely fine. We are here to help.
Blinds & fridges
If the property has blinds this is not generally part of a maintenance clean due to the time consuming nature (light dusting is fine), however this can be added as an extra charge. The same goes for the inside of the fridge.
Pets
If you have dogs please take them out during the clean unless agreed with your cleaner.
Child safety
For compliance reasons please ensure an appropriate adult is present if there are children under 18 home.
Ovens
We do not clean the inside of ovens. This is a high risk task requiring specialist insurance.
Best results
Your clean will run more efficiently if the property is unoccupied. Many of our clients allow us key access but we understand this isn't always possible.
Cancellations
Please advise us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your clean. Full payment is required if notice is given in less than this timeframe, although every effort will be made to rearrange to a suitable date.
Payment
Flexi/Regular Cleans — Payment due on completion of your clean and a link will be sent to you to pay by bank transfer. Blitz/One Off/Deep Cleans — Payment is via our website accepting all major debit and credit cards.
